Flat Iron Steak

By far our favorite steak. Flat iron steaks are cut from a muscle that is incorporated in the chuck area. This gives them an impressive amount of marbling, tenderness, and incredible flavor. We love them simply coated with salt and pepper, then seared over a hot cast iron. 

Average weight is 0.5 - 0.65 lbs/steak.
