Sausages

Our sausages are a 50/50 blend of our beef and our Butcher's pork. The spice blends and recipes, many of them generations old, are thoughtfully created by our butcher himself. Our sausages are fresh frozen, nitrate free, and all natural. They are even cased in real pork casings, which is getting increasingly difficult to find. We are proud to offer this product.
