The Merguez sausage blends originated in South Africa. The sausage has a mild amount of spice , with flavors from roasted red bell peppers, oregano, and red wine. One of our favorite ways to eat them is to remove them from their all natural casings and include them in our meatloaves. This is Michael's favorite sausage.
