25 % premium steaks / grilling cuts: Flat Iron, Rib eye, New York, Top Sirloin, Bavette, Carne Asada, Tri-tip, Picanha, Filet Mignon, skirt steak, flank steak.
40 % Ground Beef: Minimum of 150 lbs of our 80/20 ground beef in 1 lb packages.
5 % organ meat / bones: Liver, cheeks, heart, kidney, oxtail, tongue, assortment of bones.
Storage: You will need approximately 16 cubic feet of freezer space to fit a whole beef .
How to pay: Your payment here is the deposit for your beef. The remainder of $4500.00 is due upon delivery.
When to expect my beef: Because we have nearly year round growing, abundant grasses and legumes, we are able to process cattle year round. We are happy to discuss what works best for your schedule and planning. Once a deposit is received, we will be in contact within 7 days to plan delivery.
