Our beef shares are the perfect way to stock up on prime protein, save money, and try a variety of cuts.

• All USDA processing, packaging, and delivery is included- all the work is done for you.
• Our quality clear packaging is vacuum sealed and each cut is individually labeled, so you know exactly what you're pulling out of the freezer. The high quality of our packaging means that they can last for 1 year and beyond.

What you get: 

• 30 % savory / slow cooker cuts- Roasts, stew meat, shanks, short ribs, brisket.
• 25 % premium steaks / grilling cuts: Flat Iron, Rib eye, New York, Top Sirloin, Bavette, Carne Asada, Tri-tip or Picanha, Filet Mignon, skirt steak or flank steak.
  
• 40 % Ground Beef: Minimum of 35 lbs of our 80/20 ground beef in 1 lb packages. 
• 5 % organ meat / bones: Can include liver, cheeks, heart and/or kidney, assortment of bones. Oxtail and tongue are available as add ins when in stock.
  

Storage: You will need approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space to fit a 1/4 beef . 

When to expect my beef: Because we have year round availability to prime forage, we are able to process cattle year round. We are happy to set up delivery when it works best for your schedule and planning. Once a deposit is received, we will be in contact within 5 days to talk about delivery.
